Dr. Coby Robins, MD

Pediatrician |Founder of Nest Pediatrics  

Born and raised in Andrews, Texas, Dr. Coby Robins has deep roots in West Texas and a lifelong commitment to caring for children and families in his community. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 and went on to earn his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2014. He then completed his pediatric residency there in 2017.

After residency, Dr. Robins served as a pediatrician in Midland for seven years. During that time, he saw firsthand how the traditional insurance-driven healthcare model often gets in the way of the doctor-patient relationship. Motivated to create something better, he founded his own direct care pediatric practice—one designed around what truly matters: a strong, personal connection between doctor, patient, and parent.

Dr. Robins loves every aspect of pediatrics—from the joy of caring for newborns and watching them grow, to helping kids stay healthy through all stages of childhood. He also enjoys adolescents and his young adult patients as he and their parents prepare them to leave the nest.

His goal is simple: to guide families toward the best health possible for their children, to get to the bottom of their concerns, and to provide reassurance and clarity when things are perfectly normal. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Robins is a devoted husband to his wife, Haleigh, and the proud father of three energetic boys-  Jackson (11), Camden (4), and Sutton (2). When he’s not caring for patients, you can usually find him spending quality time with his family or cheering on his beloved Texas Tech Red Raiders.
