Also included is direct communication with Dr. Robins. As opposed to contacting your doctor through multiple layers of office staff, you can text or call Dr. Robins directly and he will respond within a reasonable time. 

There are certain items or procedures that may not be included in the price of membership. For example, a circumcision would be a separate charge and billed at time of service. Some in office medications and breathing treatments would also be billed separately. Anything that would cost extra will be discussed beforehand.
